What you’ll need

  • Henry Weston Vintage Rosé Cider
  • 60ml Edinburgh Dry Gin
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 3-4 mint leaves


  1. Into a cocktail shaker put ice, lime juice, mint and gin.
  2. Shake well and pour through a strainer into a martini glass.
  3. Top with Henry Weston Vintage Rosé Cider.
  4. Serve garnished with a mint leaf.
