What you’ll need
- Henry Weston Vintage Rosé Cider
- 60ml Edinburgh Dry Gin
- Juice of half a lime
- 3-4 mint leaves
Method
- Into a cocktail shaker put ice, lime juice, mint and gin.
- Shake well and pour through a strainer into a martini glass.
- Top with Henry Weston Vintage Rosé Cider.
Serve garnished with a mint leaf.
