140 years in the making
We are 5th generation Cider Makers committed to a sustainable future. We’re passionate about how we do business and how we can be more sustainable in all we do. Started by Henry Weston in 1880, our ambition is to be here in another 140 years, working gently with the Herefordshire land.
We source all our fruit from within a 50 mile radius of the Cider Mill including our own orchards, located in beautiful Herefordshire.
Our apple pomace, made from the waste apple pips, skins and stalks, are used to create CO2 which we then use to carbonate our ciders.
Working together with The Herefordshire Wildlife Trust to protect and nurture our beautiful surroundings.
50 Mile Project
Our community support offered within our apple growing region to help local organisations.
We are proud to say that we are the first Cider Makers to be working with The Drinks Trust, who provide assistance to the industry workforce.
