140 years in the making
We are 5th generation Cider Makers committed to a sustainable future. We’re passionate about how we do business and how we can be more sustainable in all we do.
We are invested in the future of our people, place & portfolio for the next generation
Started by Henry Weston in 1880, our ambition is to be here in another 140 years, working gently with the Herefordshire land. Our Environment, social and governance plans sit at the heart of this.
WATER
To clean apples, pears, bottles, vats and production lines uses a huge amount of water. We've reduced this volume by 17%. We have a natural spring and a bore hole at the cider mill to extract water. To clean and return it to the orchards and brook, we have a wastewater treatment system and wetlands.
