Eligibility: This free prize draw is open to individuals in England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland who are not currently subscribed to our newsletter.

Exclusions: This free prize draw is not open to employees of H Weston & Sons Ltd or employees of agents or suppliers of H Weston & Sons Ltd.

Entry: To register to enter the draw, all entrants are required to complete a form at www.westons-cider.co.uk/competitions/sign-up-and-win-100. No entry fee is payable to enter the draw, but to complete the form internet access is required alongside a valid full postal address and an email address of the individual wishing to enter. By signing up to the draw you agree to these terms & conditions as well as our general competition terms and conditions which appear on our main website.

The Prize: the available prize for one lucky winner is 6 cases of 8 x 500ml bottles from our Henry Westons product range. This prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative similar prize.

Promotion Sign-Up Period: Entrants can access the sign-up form from 00:01 on 07.12.2023 until 23:59 on 31.01.2024. Any forms submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.

Selecting Winners: We will randomly select a winner for the prize from all eligible entrants. We reserve the right to check that the selected winner meets the entry requirements set out in paragraphs 1 and 3 above, and if a winner does not meet the requirements they will be disqualified and we will randomly select another winner instead.

Notifying Winners: We will notify the winner using the contact details they provided on the entry form to enter this prize draw within 7 days of the draw. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 3 days of being notified, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant.

Questions: All questions relating to this prize draw can be sent to [email protected] and will be answered within 3 working days.

Data protection: All information provided in signing up to this prize draw will be processed in line with the H Weston & Sons privacy policy available at www.westons-cider.co.uk.

Marketing: Entrants will only be contacted for marketing purposes after sign-up if they have given H Weston & Sons permission to do so via the sign-up form.

H Weston & Sons Ltd right to reject entrants: We are entitled to reject any entrant seeking to sign-up to the prize draw if:

1. Breach of terms: the entrant is in breach of these terms & conditions, any other terms & conditions with H Weston & Sons Ltd; or

2. Negative PR impact: it would reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of H Weston & Sons Ltd or any Route to Market Partner / Supplier or Pub Group to accept the entrant's sign-up; or

3. Fraud/suspicious activity: H Weston & Sons Ltd suspects the sign-up is fraudulent or otherwise suspicious.

Events outside H Weston & Sons Ltd control: H Weston & Sons Ltd may change, withdraw, postpone, or limit this prize draw as a result of any act or event outside its control, including but not limited to: natural disaster, fire, flood, pandemic, terrorist attack, industrial dispute, change in law or regulation.

Exclusion and limitation of liability: H Weston & Sons Ltd will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage (in each case whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising out of or in connection with this prize draw and/or an individual's sign-up to it. However, nothing excludes or limits H Weston & Sons Ltd liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Discrepancy with marketing materials: If there is any discrepancy between these terms & conditions and the details in any associated promotional material, these terms & conditions will prevail.

Governing law and jurisdiction: These terms & conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
