Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The "Win Festival Tickets & Merch" competition is open to all drinkers aged 18 & over.
2. Exclusions: The "Win Festival Tickets & Merch" competition is not open to employees of H Weston & Sons Ltd or employees of partnering third parties.
3. Entry: To enter our competition, all entrants are required to complete a form at https://www.westons-cider.co.uk/competitions/win-festival-tickets-2026
   To complete the form, internet access is required alongside a valid postcode of the outlet, outlet name and personal details including name, email address and mobile number. By entering "Win Festival Tickets & Merch" you agree to these terms and conditions as well as our general competition terms and conditions which appear on our main website. The available prizes are:
   • 25 x pairs Lakefest Festival Tickets, 5-9 August 2026 incl camping. No other expenses incl travel, food, drinks are included and are at the winner's expense. No alternative is available and tickets are for 5-9 August 2026.
   • 500 x Stowford Press merch bundles (Stowford Press bucket hat, Stowford Press sunglasses & Stowford Press lanyard).
4. Purchase Requirement: no purchase necessary.
5. Promotion sign-up period: 00.01 on 1st April 2025 until 23.59 on 30 June 2026. Any forms submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
6. Selecting Winners: We will randomly select winners for each prize on Wednesday 1 July.
7. We reserve the right to check that each selected winner meets the entry requirements set out in paragraph 3 above, and if a winner does not meet the requirements they will be disqualified and we will randomly select another winner instead. An entrant can only win one prize and we reserve the right to choose another winner if an entrant is randomly selected more than once as a winner.
8. Notifying Winners: We will notify the winners using the contact details they provided on registration to enter this competition within 14 days of the draw. A list of the winning outlets will be published on https://www.westons-cider.co.uk/competitions/win-festival-tickets-2026
9. Questions: All questions relating to "Win Festival Tickets & Merch" can be sent to [email protected] and will be answered within 3 working days.
10. Data protection: All information provided in signing up to the "Win Festival Tickets & Merch" will be processed in line with the H Weston & Sons privacy policy available at www.westons-cider.co.uk.
11. Marketing: Licensees will only be contacted for marketing purposes after sign-up if they have given H Weston & Sons permission to do so via the sign-up form.
12. H Weston & Sons Ltd right to reject entrants: We are entitled to reject any entrant seeking to sign-up to the "Win Festival Tickets & Merch" if:
    • Breach of terms: the entrant is in breach of these terms & conditions, any other terms & conditions with H Weston & Sons Ltd.
    • Negative PR impact: it would reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of H Weston & Sons Ltd; or
    • Fraud/suspicious activity: H Weston & Sons Ltd suspects the sign-up is fraudulent or otherwise suspicious.
13. Events outside H Weston & Sons Ltd control: H Weston & Sons Ltd may change, withdraw, postpone, or limit the "Win Festival Tickets & Merch" competition as a result of any act or event outside its control, including but not limited to: natural disaster, fire, flood, pandemic, terrorist attack, industrial dispute, change in law or regulation.
14. Exclusion and limitation of liability: H Weston & Sons Ltd will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage (in each case whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising out of or in connection with the "Win Festival Tickets & Merch" competition and/or an entrant's sign-up to it. However, nothing excludes or limits H Weston & Sons Ltd liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
15. Discrepancy with marketing materials: If there is any discrepancy between these terms & conditions and the details in any associated promotional material, these terms & conditions will prevail.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction: These terms & conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. The promoter of this competition is H Weston & Sons Ltd, The Bounds, Much Marcle, Ledbury, Herefordshire HR8 2NQ.
