Long overdue catch-ups with the girls just aren’t complete without adding our fabulous Sweet Morgan cocktail to the mix. Bright, fruity and fizzy, this easy-to-prepare cocktail is so versatile, it’s perfect for adding some sparkle to afternoon tea or pre-dinner nibbles!
What you’ll need
- 150ml Henry Westons Vintage Rosé Cider
- Sparkling Wine
- 2 Strawberries, Sliced
- 3 Mint Leaves
Method
- Press the strawberry and mint through a strainer into a champagne glass
- Pour the Henry Westons Vintage Rosé Cider through the strainer into the glass and fill almost to the top.
- Top with Sparkling Wine.
Serve in a champagne flute and garnish with a slice of strawberry.
