Promoter:

The promoter is Westons Cider, The Bounds, Much Marcle, Herefordshire HR8 2NQ

The prize:

One (1) winner will receive a free second consignment of the same cider order they placed during January 2026 via the Westons Cider website (“the Prize”).

The Prize consists of a repeat shipment of the original order only. No refunds, cash alternatives, vouchers, or substitutions are available.

If any item from the original order is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a comparable product of equal value.

• The prize must be taken by the named winner.  
• The prize are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.

In the event of unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to (a) substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

Entry period:

The promotion is open from 00:01 on 1 January 2026 to 23:59 on 31 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”)

How to enter:

Any qualifying cider order placed through the Westons Cider website with the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the competition. No additional purchase or action is required.

Eligibility:

The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, affiliates or any other parties involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employees and/or authors.

In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

automatically generated by computer;

completed by third parties or in bulk;

illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

photocopies and not originals; or incomplete.

The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

Winner selection & notification:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries during the week commencing 2 February 2026.

The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of order within the same week. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Delivery of prize:

The free, second order will be dispatched to the same delivery address used for the original January order, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times may vary.

Winner:

The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The winner will be contacted via a direct email from ourselves as soon as possible after the Closing Date. 

Claiming the prize:

The winner will have 5 days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by [to the details of how to claim the prize as communicated to you. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.]

The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 3 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

Limitation of liability:

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data protection and publicity:

The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details, and will only process your personal information as set out in the Terms & Conditions | Westons Cider (westons-cider.co.uk).

General:

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
