Offers and Promotions - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms") apply to any promotion or offer H. Westons & Sons Limited ("We" or "Us") make available on our website Westons-cider.co.uk ("our site"). These Promotion Terms will apply in addition to our site terms and conditions, which can be found at: WEBSITE TERMS ("Website Terms").

By taking advantage of any promotion or offer We make available on our site you agree to the Promotion Terms and the Website Terms. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguity between a term in the Promotion Terms and a term in the Website Terms, the term contained in the Website Terms shall have priority over the term contained in the Promotion Terms.

The Promotion Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You and We agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute which arises in connection with these terms.

We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or offer (including by reason of technical errors or issues) or any failure or inability from you to take advantage of a promotion or offer for any reason.

All orders are subject to availability and are subject to acceptance, and any improper use of a promotion or offer may result in the cancellation of your order.

 

1. PROMOTIONAL CODES & MONEY-OFF VOUCHERS

1.1 From time to time We will release promotional codes and money-off vouchers on our site, via email or other marketing channels (“Codes”). Specific qualifying conditions will apply to each Code and these will be set out on our site, the relevant email or marketing communications on which it is featured ("Code Terms").

 

1.2 These Codes will allow a discount to be applied to your order on specified goods on our site, at such discount rates and to such goods as specified in the relevant Code Terms.

 

1.3 To use the Code on our site please enter the Code where specified during the check-out process. The relevant discount will then be applied to the specific product within your order.

 

1.4 We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend a Code at any time, for any reason, without prior notice to you.

1.5 Please note that, save as expressly stated in the relevant Code Terms:

 

1.5.1 Codes are only valid on specified full-priced goods and cannot be used on sale goods.

1.5.2 Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or redeemed against goods that have already been purchased. Codes cannot be used against goods not specified in the relevant Code Terms.

1.5.3 There is no cash alternative for a Code.

1.5.4 Codes can only be used once per order.

1.5.5 Codes are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the relevant Code Terms and the Code will not apply to an order placed outside of that time period.

1.6 If you return any of the goods purchased using the Codes, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for the returned goods. You also agree to provide Us with a copy of any receipt from the transaction, and the receipts from any subsequent returns, in order to be eligible to receive a cash refund. Where a qualifying spend is noted in relation to the use of a Code, if goods purchased using that Code are later returned to us which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the discounted value may be deducted from any refund.

 

2. DISCOUNTS (%) OFF FULL PRICE GOODS
2.1 From time to time, We will launch an offer which enables you to benefit from a certain/marked percentage off full price goods on our site ("Offer"). Specific qualifying conditions will apply to each Offer and these will be set out on our site, the relevant email or marketing communications on which it is featured ("Offer Terms")

 

2.2To redeem this Offer via our site, add your selected goods to your shopping bag and the discount will be applied automatically.

3. 10% DISCOUNT FOR SIGNING UP TO OUR MAILING LIST
3.1 If you sign up to our mailing list via our site, you will receive a 10% discount to be applied to an order ("10% Discount"). You will only be entitled to the 10% Discount once.

3.2 To use the 10% Discount on our site please enter the code where specified during the check-out process.

 

3.3 The 10% Discount can only be used once.

 

3.4 The 10% Discount is only valid on full-priced goods and cannot be used on sale goods. The 10% Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or redeemed against goods that have already been purchased.
