All prices shown exclude delivery which is charged at £6.99 per case. This figure approximates to cost price. On multiple pack deliveries to one address at the same time each additional case is charged at £5.00 per case
Delivery rates apply to mainland England, Wales, southern and central Scotland. For deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, please contact Westons for a quotation on 0800 028 4922.
Weston's courier is the Winetrak subsidiary of Amtrak (www.amtrak.co.uk).
Delivery will normally be made within 5 days, between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Orders received before 10am Monday to Thursday will normally be despatched on a next working day basis.
Orders received before 10am Friday will normally be despatched for delivery the following Monday.
Orders received after 10am Friday or during the weekend will normally be delivered the following Tuesday.
Mail Order deliveries will normally be made within 10 working days of receipt of order and payment. If sending a cheque, please write bank card details on the reverse. Your order will not be despatched until Westons has received notification that your cheque has been cleared. In the event that your cheque does not clear, Westons will email you, requesting alternative funds, but not enter into any other correspondence.
Where Bank or Public Holidays occur delivery will be delayed.
Westons realises that many people are out at work during the day, so we can deliver to home or business addresses, whether you are ordering for your own consumption or making a gift.

Carriage charges incurred by Westons are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed.
If your delivery address has a communal entrance our carrier will only deliver if signed for. Please make this clear when ordering.

By using a specialist delivery service and packing in 7mm thick boxes, we have tried to ensure that your purchases arrive in the same condition they left us. However, breakages may occasionally happen; similarly, goods may occasionally be faulty.
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we should be notified within 3 working days and the damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 7 days. We are happy to arrange collection by our courier at no extra charge to you. A credit for the goods will be made within 28 days, or replacements despatched within 7 working days of receipt of these goods.
