National Account Manager - Wholesale

This role is responsible for the development and delivery of category focused account plans with key Off Trade Wholesale customers. The successful candidate will manage and develop relationships with key customers, with direct line management of the Off Trade Wholesale Team. Working strategically they will have tenacity and a desire to achieve stretching targets.

Their key attributes will include:

  • A passion for cider
  • A degree or equivalent level education
  • A proven track record of managing and growing Off Trade Wholesale accounts
  • Strong planning, budgeting, organisational and time management skills
  • First class interpersonal skills and line management experience

This role is a home based role with the flexibility to travel as per customer requirements and frequent visits to the Herefordshire Cider Mill.

Sales Development Executive - Off Trade - Bristol Area

This role is a great opportunity for the successful applicant beginning their career in sales. The duties will include:

  • Outlet callage across all Off Trade facia accounts within agreed postcode areas (eg: Bristol, South West and London)
  • Implementation of national and locally agreed activity in store, to secure additional display space
  • Carrying out agreed sampling events, supporting with trade shows and sales tasks where relevant, which would mean frequent overnight stays

HGV Class 1 & 2 Drivers

We are recruiting for a Class 1 Driver and a Class 2 Driver. Both will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and keeping vehicles in good working order.
Other duties include:

  • Ensuring the load is secure, correctly loaded for even weight distribution and delivered to the customers efficiently and without damage
  • Delivering to customer premises in a timely professional manner
  • Ensuring paperwork is complete e.g. delivery notes, returned forms
  • Conducting vehicle checks / health and safety, ensuring roadworthy e.g. tyres, lights etc

Maintenance Engineer

We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to provide electrical and mechanical maintenance for our production lines and site services.

The successful candidate will  be required to:

  • Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance work
  • Carry out fault finding
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Comply with Health & Safety systems and responsibilities
  • Complete reports and paperwork as required

The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC programming and trouble shooting.

Mechanic / Relief Lorry Driver

We are recruiting for a role which encompasses working as a Mechanic in the company garage with the additional opportunity to work as a Relief Lorry Driver on busy days.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- previous experience working with car and HGV mechanics
- experience carrying out servicing on cars and HGVs
- ability to complete maintenance work in a timely manner

We will consider applicants who wish to work part or full time.

Production Operative

This role is responsible for looking after the ciders during the busy cider making season. Duties to include setting up fermentations and racking off cider, as well as carrying out analyse of fermentations.

The role will require the successful candidates to work shift patterns and also work cross functionally during our busy cider making season. The ideal candidate will have Level 2 Food Hygiene and preferably cider making knowledge.
